Inspire Our Audience

ORCA is pleased to invite speakers and content leaders to submit a presentation proposal.

We have several different speaking opportunities:

ORCA’s events and webinars are attended by retirement communities across Ontario. Commercial partners (who provide products and services to retirement communities) may also attend as delegates or sponsors, depending on the event.

ORCA’s Road Shows, Together We Care, and Virtual Events are geared towards owners/operators, general managers and department managers, and ORCA Conference is geared towards retirement communities’ leadership teams.

Leadership Development

Sector Trends/Future Planning

Note: No specific company, product or service may be endorsed in the presentation.

How proposals are selected:

ORCA will review submissions and extend invitations to potential speakers and content leaders. Session topics specific to the retirement community sector receive priority over general topics of interest. Speakers are typically booked 6 months before the event.
