The ORCA Spring Road Show travels to Mississauga, London, Ottawa and Vaughan, proudly presenting the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center’s Memorable Customer Service Enrichment Course. Led by a Ritz-Carlton Advisor, this course will teach you how to create a culture for staff to elevate the customer experience. In addition, the road show addresses the latest information from regulatory authorities, best operational practices, trends, and topics of interest to retirement home operators.
